I worked for CSX Transportation Operations Division before I established a second career with Nadalin Consulting in 2012 which offers strategic planning and organizational development services. Teaching at Franklin University since September 2000 in both the face-to-face and online formats. Completed PhD in Psychology in 2012.

"" I was elected to Professional Membership status on May 28, 2013, after holding student membership status since 2003.
