Profile

Michelle Geiman, PhD, MBA, SPHR, is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources with over fifteen years of progressive experience in employee and labor relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and human resource information systems. She has worked in both public and corporate settings for organizations with more than 50,000 employees and Fortune 500 corporations. Michelle is currently the Director of Human Resources for the Kings Island.  She has taught classes that focus on human resources, organizational behavior, staffing, training and development, business ethics, and team-building related courses at various universities. Her experience is enhanced by her Ph.D. in Organizational and Leadership Change from Walden University, a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Otterbein College, and a Bachelor's Degree from Bowling Green State University in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations, and International Business. Her dissertation was around how HR can create a positive work environment.
