Profile

Dr. Scott Ebbrecht received his doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University in 2005, a masters in Educational Administration from The Ohio State University in 1990, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Reading from Capital University in 1988. After serving as a sixth grade teacher for 3 years in the Lancaster City Schools, Dr. Ebbrecht became a principal of a grade K-8 rural school with approximately 600 students at the age of 25. In 1995, he became a suburban school administrator in the Westerville City Schools. During Dr. Ebbrecht's tenure in Westerville, he has been both an elementary and secondary administrator.Dr. Ebbrecht's degrees have helped him not only to become a professor, but also further enhance his leadership skills and hone his abilities as an organizational leadership consultant and public speaker on the topics of school improvement planning, conflict management, ethics, school law, curriculum supported through technology integration, and conducting cultural analyses within organizations. Since 2001, Dr. Ebbrecht has served as an adjunct faculty member teaching educational leadership, business, law, English, and sports-related courses at various universities throughout the United States.
