Franklin University has an opening for an Undergraduate Admissions Advisor who will be responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of prospective students for Franklin University’s undergraduate programs. The position is responsible for engaging in timely, high quality, proactive outreach to educate undergraduate inquiries and applicants on Franklin’s undergraduate admissions processes, ensuring a high-quality prospective undergraduate student experience and facilitating a thorough understanding of all requirements and timelines.

Working hours include one day per week (10am – 7pm) and one day per week (9am – 6pm), with the remaining work days at 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm.  Other evening work may be required to facilitate special events.  This position operates on a hybrid schedule, with 2 days per week required in the office and the remaining 3 days working remotely.

A Bachelor’s degree is required with a Master’s degree being strongly preferred.  Prior experience in college/university recruitment and/or admissions would be a plus in this position.  We seek a strong communicator with excellent telephone communication skills and demeanor supplemented by effective written communication skills.  The ideal candidate will be a team player with high energy and motivation and a strong track record of goal achievement and student satisfaction.  The selected individual will have strong organization, prioritization, time management, and follow-through skills who is comfortable delivering and receiving constructive/critical feedback.  Prior experience with a CRM tool and project management experience would also be pluses in this position.
