Profile

I am a former online academic dean, instructor, dissertation chair and committee member, and Institutional Review Board (IRB) institutional official (IO) with over ten years of progressive experience. As an educator, I am committed to ensuring online universities deliver quality assessable educational experiences. Hence, I have designed and implemented two doctoral projects (dissertation sequences), trained approximately 50 faculty, three IRB members, two University Research Reviewers, and constructed two IRBs supporting over 600 DBA doctoral projects. Moreover, I have served as a lead statistician or methodologist for over 300 doctoral projects. I also served as an administrator for TurnItIn, Canvas LMS, Moodle LMS, Aspire Dropout Detective and Instructor Insights, and an assortment of data analytics projects driving outcomes assessments, utilization statistics, KPIs, and WASC/HLC/ACBSP reports.
