About the CompTIA IT Fundamentals Certificate
CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) Certification is ideal for aspiring IT professionals, as well as those in allied fields that require a broad understanding of IT. The certification is a stepping stone to more advanced certifications. The CompTIA IT Fundamentals exam validates the necessary skills for a systems support specialist and can pave the way to a successful IT career.
With ITF+ certification, individuals can apply for various entry-level job roles such as help desk technician, technical support specialist, IT support technician, desktop support analyst and customer support representative. These roles require individuals to provide technical support to customers, diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hardware and software, install and configure operating systems, and perform basic network troubleshooting.
The CompTIA ITF+ course consists of 12 lessons, which include 220 quizzes, flashcards and glossary terms; 81 live labs and hands-on labs with video tutorials; and 32 video lessons.
