Updated Building Hours

We are excited to introduce expanded in-person building hours that will allow for in-person interactions five days per week at the Paul J. Otte Student Services Center (SSC) and our Learning Commons (located on the first floor of Frasch Hall).
At the Student Services Center, you will be able to speak face-to-face with an admissions advisor, an academic advisor or an immigration specialist. You can also make a payment, drop off a transcript, get a parking pass and pick up your cap and gown (in the weeks prior to graduation).
Beginning Monday, March 31, the Paul J. Otte Student Services Center building hours will be:
- Monday-Wednesday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Thursday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Admissions and Academic Advising offer additional phone and virtual appointments before and after these hours. Contact your academic advisor to schedule a time.
The Learning Commons is available for you to study, as well as use meeting rooms, computers and printers.
The Learning Commons building hours will be:
- Monday-Tuesday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
Learning Commons study space available (In-person testing unavailable) - Wednesday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
(In-person testing available) - Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
(In-person testing available)
Learning Commons services will be available virtually Saturdays 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. and Sundays 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
