As a Franklin student, you will be required to utilize various techniques such as Zoom, e-textbooks, and BlueQuill. The Technology Help Desk strives to maximize the benefits of this technology for you. The Help desk can assist with the following:

  • Retrieving usernames and passwords (identity verification required)
  • Accessing and utilizing e-mail
  • Accessing and utilizing BlueQuill online resources
  • The Help Desk also offers remote desktop connection sessions for additional assistance

The Help Desk’s hours of operation are:

  • Monday through Thursday: 8AM - 8PM (EDT)
  • Friday: 8AM - 5PM (EDT)
  • Saturday: 9AM - 1PM (EDT)
  • Sunday: 1PM - 5PM (EDT)

If you cannot contact our Help Desk during business hours, you may also visit the Self Help Portal. This portal contains articles and videos that can guide you through all your technical needs.
